Experienced leaders, backed by prominent and accomplished investors and advisors,
all of whom share a passion for education, and the common belief in doing well by
doing good.
Rich Trembowicz, Founder
Rich founded EdNets to address the needs of schools based on his experiences as
a parent. Rich’s vision of better schools through technology was complimented by
his deep experience having practiced law for over twenty years, representing health
care systems, hospitals and large physician organizations, in complex insurance
contracts, including risk contracting with insurance companies, and development
of operational plans to implement the contracts with favorable results. Rich has
a long history of involvement in the local community, and has served on PTOs and
coached youth sports. For the last three years, he has served on the Manchester-Essex
(MA) School Building Subcommittee, with a successful public referendum to build
a new high/middle school for the district. Rich is a graduate of Harvard College,
cum laude, Biology, and Boston University School of Law, cum laude.
