David Andre
An experienced entrepreneur and executive with more than twenty years of building
and growing successful Internet and technology businesses, David Andre is president
and CEO of Mall Networks. Prior to co-founding Mall Networks in 2005, David was
founding CTO of Upromise, the largest and most successful coalition loyalty program
in the United States. At Upromise, David was responsible for one of the company’s
most critical business processes – the development and evolution of Upromise’s technology
platform. Prior to Upromise, David served as VP of Engineering at Lycos (acquired
by Terra Networks SA) and Direct Hit (acquired by Ask Jeeves). Prior to this, David
held senior technology roles at Rational Software (acquired by IBM), Object Design
(acquired by Progress Software) and Symbolics. He also served four years in the
U.S. Air Force at National Security Agency. David holds a M.S.C.S. from the University
of Maryland and a B.S.E.E. from MIT.

Jon Carson
Jon Carson is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of cMarket, Inc., the leading
provider of online auction fundraising services based in Cambridge, MA. Prior to
cMarket, Jon held positions in prominent organizations including the global consulting
firm of McKinsey & Company and Boeing. He also established the Family Education
Network, an Internet-based company that offers schools the opportunity to develop
a web presence, and provides an informational portal for teachers, students, parents
and administrative staff. His involvement in the Family Education Network produced
partnerships with America Online, the National PTA, AT&T, the National School
Board Association, Microsoft, Harcourt, and Reading is Fundamental (RIF). Jon facilitated
the acquisition of the Family Education Network to Pearson, and it has subsequently
become the largest education site on the Internet. Jon has served on boards for
the National PTA, National School Boards Foundation, the Boston Children’s Museum,
and the Small Business Association of New England (SBANE). He currently serves on
the board for the e-Philanthropy Foundation and NetImpact. Jon received a Bachelors
degree from Babson College and earned a Masters in Public and Private Management
from Yale University.

Ann Raider
Ann Raider is a recognized leader in loyalty marketing. Ann has extensive experience
managing sales, marketing, and business development with Fortune 500 companies.
She co-founded Consumer Card Marketing, Inc. (CCMI), a leading customer loyalty-marketing
firm, and held senior management positions at News America Marketing, Vertis Communications,
Shawmut National Corporation and H.P. Hood. Ann also worked with Staples and Bank
One, serving as a marketing consultant. Ann holds a Bachelors in Economics and MBA
from Michigan State University.

Carol Vallone
Carol Vallone is a seasoned technology executive with more than 25 years experience
launching new products and services, and building multi-national businesses. In
1997 Carol launched Universal Learning Technology, Inc (ULT), the company that developed
and delivered the first internet-based learning technology for education. In 1999,
ULT acquired Vancouver-based WebCT, and ULT adopted the name WebCT, Inc. Carol was
President, CEO and Chairman of WebCT until it was acquired by Blackboard, Inc. for
$180M in 2006. Prior to founding ULT, Carol served as President of Information Mapping,
Inc. (IMI), and before that specialized in launching new businesses at UCCEL Corporation,
Software Arts, Inc., Honeywell Information Systems, Inc., and International Data
Corporation. Carol also served as a member of the National School-to-Work Advisory
Council during the Clinton Administration where she worked with the U.S. Secretaries
of Labor and Education to integrate school and career activities. She currently
serves on the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council,
as the Chair of the Massachusetts Education Foundation, and as a member of the Stevens
Institute of Technology Corporate Advisory Council. She is a member of the Board
of Trustees of McLean Hospital and serves as a member of the Board of Directors
of Wimba Corporation, and a member of the Board of Directors of Beverly National
Corporation. Carol has twice testified before the US Congress – for the Web-based
Education Commission on The Internet, and also for Distance Learning and the Future
of the Research University. In 2000 she was named one of the most influential women
in science and technology by Women in Technology International (WITI). In 2002 Mass
High Tech named her to their annual list of "Top Ten People to Watch" and she was
also honored by the Massachusetts eComm Association when they selected her as one
of the year's Mass eComm 10. Along with Senator Ted Kennedy and Governor Mitt Romney,
Carol was a guest speaker at the 2005 inauguration of Jack Wilson to President of
The University of Massachusetts. In 2006 Carol was named “Entrepreneur of the Year”
by Broadstreet Capital and the Merrimack Valley Venture Forum.
